It was just recently announced that bodogFIGHT will begin filming the sixth season for their weekly series that airs on ION Television. Filming will take place August 24-25 at the Squamish Nation Indian Reserve in Vancouver, Canada. The series is scheduled to begin airing on October 23.
Season 6 of the series is loaded with talent that includes newly crowned heavyweight King of Pancrase Assuerio Silva making his bodogFIGHT debut, and welterweight champion Nick "the GOAT" Thompson taking on UFC and Cage Rage veteran Mark Weir in a non-title bout.
Also on the card will be UFC and Pancrase veteran Koji Oishi, experienced lightweight Ryan Bow, Pancrase top contender DJ Taiki, female submission wizard Megumi Fuji, rising bodog lightweight Rodrigo Damm, and many more. It looks to be an action filled two-day event.
